MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

BETWEEN

PALM SPRINGS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

AND

PALM SPRINGS TEACHERS ASSOCIATION

Employees with a first date of paid service after July 1, 2003, will be given up to ten (10) years of service credit for purposes of initial salary schedule placement without any restriction as to when such prior service was performed. All other salary schedule rules and regulations shall remain in full force and effect.
