This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into on June 13, 2005, by and between the Palm Springs Unified School District and the Palm Springs Teachers Association.

RECITALS

Rosalinda Magana and Joy Healy have agreed to teach two sessions of Kindergarten at Cathedral City Elementary, the morning (A.M.) session and the afternoon (P.M.) session. This agreement is only in place for the 2005-2006 school-year and can be terminated at anytime during the 2005-2006 school year.

The District agrees to pay their "Prep" period throughout the duration of this MOU.

All other terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement will remain in effect and in full force.

This agreement is non-precedential and only applies to Rosalinda Magana and Joy Healy at Cathedral City Elementary School.
